BBQ Team Names Submission Requirements
It is very important that you read carefully the information below.

Before proceeding make sure the team name you are submitting is either not in our database.  You should use the "Advanced search" and look of other team names that have similar words that you want to use.  Remember you are trying to find a unique team name and not something even close to a team name others are using.

There is a nominal $9.95 charge to have your VERIFIED BBQ Team Name added to the database.

We have chosen PayPal® as our method for allowing you to pay online for your team names insertion in our data base.  PayPal® is a well know and widely accepted method for making payments online.  Once you click on the "Buy Now" button below you will be sent to the secure PayPal® site.  You can then purchase your Team Names insertion into the database by just following the directions.  Once you have made your credit card purchase you will see a screen illustrated by the image below. 

• Make sure you have completed your purchase and you see the line "sales2@bbqteamnames.com" and "Thank you! You've successfully completed your purchase from sales2@bbqteamnames.com."  See the example image below.

• Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link "Return to Merchant." 

• This is very important because you will be sent to the secure forum to add your team name information to the database.  Please complete all the information on the forum and then submit..

This is not an automatic process.  It takes approximately 72 hours for your team name to be added to the database.  We manually check all team names submitted with the entrees in the online database as well as another private database.  Once your "Unique" team name has been approved it will be added to the database.  If for some reason your team name is not approved for insertion in the database you will receive an email or phone call from us and we will help find a new team name.  If we receive proof in the future that someone has in-fact been using a team name before you started using that team name, you can submit a new name that nobody is using at no charge.
