The reason I started compiling a list of BBQ Teams names was to let others know what  names have been used in the past and present and to  help assist new comers to barbeque and are looking for  team names to see what is being used and where.  I have been doing outdoor cooking about 20 years now with smoking the last 7 years. Did mostly grilling (which I still do) up to that point. Trying to start a Custom  Meat Smoking Business. It's been slow but will come around. I'm in law enforcement. Have been for 18 years  now. Best thing I like about BBQ is ALL the great  people I have met. Built my own grill/smoker on a trailer last summer and building a brick pit for my business this summer.
